LEGO Arlon Exhibitor FAQ

Check-in on arrival

Go to the Hall Polyvalent and ask for an organizer (Phil, Niels, Dylan, or Bruno). You will be guided and receive your welcome pack (meal tickets, etc.).

Accommodation

Hotel partner: a promo code will be provided when your registration is confirmed (about €30 / night discount).

Meals / Drinks

Provided to exhibitors:

Breakfast (Saturday & Sunday morning)
Sandwiches (Saturday & Sunday lunch)
One dinner on Saturday evening (menu to be confirmed)

Accompanying persons: prices to be confirmed (breakfast / sandwich / dinner).

One bottle of water per day for exhibitors.

Associations

A booth is possible if you offer an activity for the public. Send requests to expo_lego_arlon@outlook.com with a description of your activity and your needs.

Setup

Table setup: Friday 8:30. Creations: Friday 14:00 → 21:00 and Saturday 7:00 → 9:30.

Teardown

Sunday from 18:00. Please:

Fold and return the tablecloths
Fold the tables and place them on the racks
Dispose of your waste in the bins
